Please Note:
All hotel room rates are on per room / per night basis.
If payment is made in advance and there is any increase in taxes, which
is to be paid at the time of check out.
For all Budget hotels, as there are various hotels in each category, all
with a limited number of rooms, rooms will be allotted on a first come first
serve basis. Please check availability with the official travel coordinator
before sending payment to avoid sending payments multiple times.
Payment should always be sent for the highest amount and in case of a
balance that will be adjusted against the final billing.
All refunds will
be made after the conference is over.
The amount of luxury tax will be
intimated to you 60 days prior to the conference which will have to be paid
45 days before the check in date.
