Confirmation letterA registration confirmation mail will be sent to you via e-mail or fax on receipt of the payment. Pleasemake sure that your e-mail address and fax number are written correctly on your registration form. Scholarships Applications forms are available from the conference website at www.microbicides2008.com. These applications will be assessed according to strict guidelines. Please note that the conference early registration date expires before the scholarship results are known. Unsuccessful scholarship applicants will therefore have to apply for conference registration under the regular registration fee (early registration will have expired). Cancellation PolicyCancellation must be notified in writing to the conference managers or conference secretariat. All refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons. Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds. Please refer to the following dates for cancellation Upto 15th January, 2008:70% refund of registration fee After 15th January, 2008: No refund Payments Method All Applicants are encouraged to submit on-line applications and payments, Applicants from within India can also register by post and fax. Indian applicants not wishing to make use of on-line payment, will receive a confirmation with payment details. Payment will be due 7 days from date of invoice. Payment receipts should be kept for as proof of payment on request. Payment Details All payments (from within India only) for registration fee to be sent by Bank Demand Draft in favour of “International Conference on Microbicides 2008”, payable at New Delhi.
